What it does

Built by watching how a kiryana shop actually runs, not by copying supermarket software.

Udhaar khata that adds up

When a khata customer buys something, the screen shows what he owed before, what this bill comes to, and the total. Take whatever he hands over and the balance sorts itself out. Print him a statement whenever he asks for one.

Sell loose goods properly

Type 4 500g for half a kilo of daal. Or type 3 460 when a customer asks for four hundred and sixty rupees of rice — the weight is worked out for you. Bori, dozen and carton prices sit alongside the loose rate.

Supplier accounts

Record what arrives on credit and what you have paid. See which supplier charges least for each item, worked out per kilo so a bori and a loose kilo can be compared fairly.

Cash that reconciles

Log the electricity bill, the wages, and the money you take for yourself. At closing time the software tells you what should be in the drawer, and you count it. Money you take out is kept separate from running costs so your profit figure stays honest.

Reports you will actually read

Any date range. Sales, profit, what went on credit and what came back. Which items earn you the most — which is often not the item that sells the most.

Prints on a normal thermal printer

Bills print on an 80mm roll. Statements and reports print on A4, or save as a PDF you can send on WhatsApp. Urdu prints correctly.

How it works

Three steps, and you are billing the same day.

1

Tell us about your shop

Message us on WhatsApp. We will ask what you sell and how you keep your khata now, and tell you honestly whether this suits you.

2

We walk you through setting it up

You put in your own items and prices — nobody knows your shop better than you. We stay on the phone or WhatsApp while you do it, and help with the printer and your opening khata balances.

3

It stays up to date by itself

Improvements arrive on their own when you have internet. Nothing to uninstall, and your records are never touched.

Questions people ask

If yours is not here, ask on WhatsApp — we answer honestly, even when the answer is no.

Does it need internet?

Only once, to activate. After that it works completely offline — billing, khata, reports, printing, all of it. Load shedding and a dead connection do not stop you serving customers.

Where is my data kept?

On your own computer. It is not sent to us or anywhere else. The software keeps a copy of everything every day for the last sixty days, and you can save your own backup to a USB whenever you like.

What if my computer breaks?

Tell us and we move your licence to the new machine at no charge. If you have kept a backup file, your products, bills and khata come back with it. We show you how to make one when you start.

Can my shop boy use it?

Yes. Billing is built for someone who is not comfortable with computers — type a short code and press Enter, or tap the item on screen. It works in Urdu if that is easier.

How much does it cost?

A one-time licence for one shop, with no monthly fee. Message us for the current price and what is included.

Can I use it in more than one shop?

Each shop needs its own licence, because each shop keeps its own stock and khata. Tell us if you have two and we will work something out.
